Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA services to clients aged 2–18
• Supervise and guide RBTs
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers
• Uphold professional and ethical standards
• Engage with a team that values quality over quantity

What You’ll Need

• Active BCBA certification
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in-clinic in Oklahoma City (relocation support available)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
